I go to this Chipotle often, but this was the first time that I felt compelled to right a review. Latoya was EXCELLENT! She was friendly and attentive. Unlike times with other employees, she didn’t charge me extra for a quarter scoop of chicken, or a side of sauce. She made sure that I had what I needed and I was satisfied with my order. It’s simple, but very much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

Chipotle is usually great, however, this particular location on Nepperhan has been disappointing. Each time we go the employees seem poorly managed. They are unsure of everything they're asked. I feel bad leaving a poor review because maybe they weren't trained sufficiently or it's their first job. Hopefully with time things will improve. They also lack enthusiasm which is necessary for customer service. Food is always great though 👌

Very disappointing experience. Our order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:30 p.m. By 7:30 p.m., it still wasn’t ready. An hour past the promised pickup time is unacceptable. On top of that, the dining area and drink station were dirty, with used food containers left on tables, trash on the floor, and messy counters. The photos speak for themselves. This location appears terribly managed. Management needs to address both order delays and basic cleanliness. Customers deserve timely service and a clean restaurant.
