Great staff Great food
I placed an order online for AN ORDER OF CHIPS/QUESO & SIDE OF SALSA. No bowl, no burrito, no drink. I admit I was a little early in the Chipotlane, but I was the only car in it. Straight to the window. The ONLY CAR. I pulled up, and gave her my name, she told me it would be 10 minutes. I said “For a side of chips and queso?” She said yes. That she is backed up and it would be 10 minutes. Worse Chipotle around. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location or skip Chipotle all together. Been there twice and they make food actually look disgusting. I'd rather eat a MRE then eat here.
This place has gotta get it together. Yall just opened, you would think the workers would be nicer and the food would be good. Half of the time the old rice is breaking my teeth. My burrito is also never the same size. It's right by my house so its convenient but I might as well pay the same thing for a better burrito on Sam Ridley.
Love the team here at this location. The one in Murfreesboro and on Sam Ridley dont even compare. I come here 2-3 times a week for lunch during my weightloss journey because every other fast food option sucks. Thanks guys!
