Writing this while I’ve been sitting at the drive-thru window for over half an hour. They’ve come to the window so it’s not like they don’t know there are folks waiting for their food. Absolutely ridiculous. I even ordered ahead. Don’t waste your time coming here.
These people move like they get paid by the second. They walk at a snails pace and have no idea how to manage the drive thru/to-go order line. Y’all should probably cancel mobile orders until they can figure it out. I used to work in fast food and you find a rhythm to it after a certain point. They haven’t figured it out and I don’t think they will. Hope they fire everybody or close this location. Ordered at 5:20 got my food at 6:00.
It was a high-quality carryout experience for our dinner this particular evening. The dinner bowls were filled with meat, beans, rice, cheese, sour cream and salsa 😋
I ordered online and asked for extra chicken, only to get home and there wasn’t any chicken at all. So frustrating, because I live too far to go back to the store.
Wow, I never review anything because it’s never this bad. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Can’t even write all the things that went wrong because it was everything. It’s comical even, $58 for that…is it that difficult to just get the order right, not to mention the hour wait time. Surely we can do better.
