I’ve been going to this chipotle for over 3 years now and honestly I hate doing this but I’m tired of the inconsistency. The portion of meat they put in my burrito or bowl is never the same. Today I ordered a quesadilla with chicken and they put the smallest portion of cheese and chicken in my quesadilla I’ve ever seen. This chipotle had gristle and fat chunks in every bite. Absolutely disgusting.
We ordered online. The delivery guy waited at this location for half an hour before just cancelling my order. Now, I'm out of the money for 2-3 days, I didn't get my rewards points back, and we went without lunch today. Super disappointing that it took an hour to be notified that our order couldn't be completed at an ASSEMBLY LINE restaurant where you can literally make it right there. We won't be ordering from this location again.
