waited like 30 minutes, but that wasn’t the issue. the worker portioning food was giving big portions to everyone until it came my turn. He even told the guy in front of me to say double & then even after filling his bowl he put another giant scoop on top (3). He then proceeded to hold up the line to talk to the guy about his job and how he wanted to get out of chipotle and how his manager was always getting him in trouble. My first time to this location as I was visiting from CT. I immediately noticed the wonderful customer service. Very welcoming employees. The restaurant was spotless other than they ran out of napkins and had to ask for some at the cashiers desk. Overall, wonderful customer service. I’ll be back!
The food is as delicious and flavorful as ever, but the overall experience is hampered by a gloomy atmosphere and stingy portions. Atmosphere: The restaurant was noticeably short-staffed, and the employees looked visibly exhausted and unhappy. The burnout behind the counter casts a sad shadow over the whole visit. Portions: Protein scoops were less than generous, leaving the bowl feeling lacking for the price paid. Great flavors, but management needs to step up support for the staff and consistency in the-line portions.
Terrible customer service and poor attitude. I waited in line for 20 minutes around 8:50 PM because there was only one employee working the line. When it was finally my turn, I ordered a quesadilla, and she bluntly told me no, saying it was online-only. When I politely mentioned that I had ordered one in person at this same location just two days ago, she gave me an attitude and said with a bad face: "There are days we make them and days we don't."
