Need to hire new employees because the employees are very rude and miserable.
I asked for the bathroom code as I had to go. I was told I needed to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom. I purchased a burrito, and then was told the bathroom is out of order. Genuinely just nasty behavior.
This used to be my favorite location in Brooklyn. Food was always very tasty! Idk what happened. Food is kind of mid and the restaurant itself is HORRENDOUS absolutely disgusting. I can’t even sit comfortably and eat. I also have to clean my own tables because they’re all filthy. There 6/7 workers behind the desk but no one available to clean the restaurant and make it presentable? We have to do better.
Customer service and food is always great, but this location seems to be neglected. Today I went in to order a burrito and the tortilla warmer was not working. They have had issues with their oven as well. Corporate needs to provide the staff with working equipment. This is a busy area so there is no shortage of customers.
This is the worst chipotle on the planet!! Look at all the bad reviews they are 100% true!! Do not eat here!!
