Online order. Half the food was missing. Chips so stale unable to eat. No help from customer service. No live people only bots.
I was overcharged for rice & beans. When I questioned the price, one of the employees said it was a 3-pointer. I told him it was only rice & beans, and he wasn’t having any of it, and still charged me close to $9. All other locations charge me about $3.
This location has always been pretty good. However, today I received a large piece of completely raw chicken in my bowl.
I've been to many Chipotle locations and this location was probably the worse when it came to portions. The employees were giving out half portions instead of the full portion that I pay for. Couple grains of rice and 4 pieces of chicken. The only time they gave me a full portion was when I asked for extra red salsa...it wasn't even extra, just the standard portion. It was a very disappointing bowl.
