Online pickup order for 2 Veggie Burrito Bowls (1 white rice, 1 brown rice) with extra rice, black beans, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, corn salsa, lettuce. Sides: sour cream, red & green chili salsa. Store was dirty when I entered, tables not wiped even with few customers. Cashier greeted like she was forced to, no smile at all. Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and a kids make your own tacos for delivery. To say that the portion size what small is an understatement. The kidstaconportuon was fine, but the bowl had probably less than the kids mean. I felt totally ripped off.
This is the WORST chipotle I’ve ever been to. The seating area in the restaurant is clean, nothing wrong with the atmosphere, but every employee I’ve ever ordered from in the past year of going, is the most impatient, frustrated, miserable person to order with. I don’t understand who is training them this way. They are constantly cross contaminating and not following food safety guidelines. The boards they make orders on is filthy. Customer service is terrible employees are rude. Came a hour and a half before closing and everything was gone. Did not offer take make anything and claimed everything was gone but an employee was making a plate for himself
