The food was standard Chipotle fare, no issues there. BUT, the environment was terrible. Never mind the difficult to navigate parking lot and entry/exits (Trader Joe's partly to blame), but the interior of the restaurant was an echo machine (metal-topped tables, tile floors, hard plastic seating, absolutely no sound deadening materials anywhere) and they had the club music playing way too loud. They ran out of 3 ingredients and made no efforts to compensate with extra or other ingredients. Why pay full price when you can’t get a full bowl? Felt cheated. Kid serving us was more scared of losing her job than making sure the customer comes back.
Really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. At around 7:30 PM, I asked for a normal/full scoop of rice, but the employee repeatedly gave me less than half a scoop. I politely asked for more 4–5 times, and each time I was given an extremely small amount. What made the situation worse was that the employee told me that was all the rice they had for the evening. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I ordered a salad with chips and guacamole. They forgot to give me the guacamole and salad dressing. I had to drive all the way back to get the rest of my order and all the manager (Joseph) could do to rectify this situation is give me a bag of stale chips. And the chips at this location are ALWAYS stale. The customer service here is absolutely horrible.
This is the worst Chipotle in santa clarita, and totally mismanaged. I went there at ten o'clock, they close at eleven. They were out of chicken and chips and weren't gonna make any more ridiculous. All chicken. The people working there were more in a hurry to get cleaned up and get out of there and they still had another hour. Ridiculous.
