Food didn't look freshly prepared. May have been too busy to provide proper service. I will not go back to this location.

Wow. I came in today (10/11/2026) at around 11:30 AM and the lady hooked it up and gave me an exceptional amount of pollo asado. I usually go to the Eastlake location so I’m used to not getting a good amount of protein but wow, this place was very generous. The lady at the cash register was also very friendly and had a smile after the transaction.
This Chipotle has poor service. Took well over 10 minutes to order a burrito without a line. Staff was rude. Asked if there would be more grilled chicken available soon as the chicken was being grilled, was told, "there's no more." The burrito was not wrapped well and fell apart after a couple of bites. I'd steer clear of this location and make the trip West of the 805.
