This is now tbe second time we got sick after eating here. No more and highly suggest to stay away. Clearly there's something being neglected.
They never even have the right protein steak is never available all they have is chicken there were 2 times I went and they didn’t even have protein this shouldn’t even be called chipotle
I just went to get some chipotle today and I walked in at 5 and didn’t leave till 5:45, they had one single older lady working everything alone while 3 teenagers stood around watching her not helping whatsoever, the young man on the till then proceeds to walk in the back corner and sit on his phone for 10 mins while she’s asking for backup food and got him to go work the till, me and 4 other people were standing at the till for 5 mins while he was sitting on his phone in the back, very unprofessional
Made me wait in line for almost 20 minutes just to get chips and queso, only to reach the register and find out they were sold out. If there are that many customers ordering food, shouldn’t you be restocking before running out? I wasted almost 20 minutes waiting for something I couldn’t even get. On top of that, one of the employees was giving me attitude, which made the experience even worse. The long wait was already frustrating, but the poor customer service made it even more disappointing. Chipotle, do better.
Skip messed up my order but Anthonia WAS A QUEEN. She helped me out ASAP and was so kind to speak to. Thank you 😊
