Every time I come here the portions are non existent and the rice is undercooked.

I forgot how flavourful Chipotle is as this was the first time I’ve had it outside of the US. The 17th Ave location was well staffed so our order was filled quickly and the staff were very friendly especially the woman who seemed to be the manager who worked near the till. Great value for the size meals we got which was a burrito bowl and the kids tacos. It would be nice if there was a bit more seating but overall it was a great experience especially after reading all the contrary reviews.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this restaurant’s customer service. My Uber Eats order was incorrect, so I called the location to explain the issue and find a solution. Unfortunately, an employee named Amandeep (female) was extremely rude and showed no willingness to help. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. My Uber Eats order was incorrect, and when I contacted the restaurant to resolve the issue, an employee named Amandeep (female) was very rude and uncooperative. Very disappointing customer service. My Uber Eats order was messed up, and when I called the location to address the issue, an employee named AMANDEEP (female) was extremely rude and unhelpful. She told me I could only get one scoop of rice, even when I asked about getting extra rice. The way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
