Whenever I get a chance to go there they are always out of peppers. I just walk out because I'm not paying for a bowl if I can't get peppers.
The man at the cash is vary nice the dml girl always makes me laugh and have my food ready when I come they speak to me as soon at I enter
Staff was a bit rude. Place was dirty. They didn’t have rice without cilantro which most chipotles have. I think it’s crazy they don’t keep that stocked. Cilantro is absolutely disgusting. They also didn’t chicken available. I was literally the only one in the store. How do you not have your basic proteins prepped.
The music is so loud, it almost drowns out the rudeness of the staff! Just a tad bit louder would be preferred in order to get me to come back. YIKES! Why act inconvenienced when asked to do your job?
I would give this place zero stars if I could. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be back here and would not advise anyone else to go to this location. When I first walked in they were playing music with derogatory lyrics, throwing f bombs and h*** left and right.
