I made a mistake not reading the reviews before placing an online order. My order was estimated to be ready at 720pm i walked in at 719 and was informed “we aint got no chicken ready, its going to be awhile” I was handed my order at 741pm On arrival there looked to be 4 employees, 1 on break eating sushi at a very unclean table with rice, beans, cheese and some form of liquid on it. I would rather eat cardboard, or rat poison, or both. Puddles were everywhere, the soda machine was leaking, the food was really odd tasting, the chicken was burned. THEY HAD NO GUACAMOLE! :( First impression for me and it was horrible.
As far as chipotle goes this might be some of the worst I’ve had, good portion sizes however! The counter was covered in old food, personnel looked new and dropped a bowl and burrito while I was in line, lady with the burrito seemed to have given up as it was her second attempt at one and said just to scoop it off the counter into a bowl. I got a beautiful scoop of meat juice with my chicken which made all the rice soggy. If you are in dire need of chipotle go ahead but be warned.
