I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this Chipotle. I asked a simple question about charges on my receipt and was spoken to disrespectfully by an employee who identified himself as John. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was being treated as if I were an idiot for simply asking for an explanation. Super fast and friendly staff
Where do I begin, I’ve given this chipotle so many chances but every time I go, it’s the same thing. Always out of a 1 or more protein. Chicken today was warm. Out of 3 proteins at 8pm is ridiculous. I emailed the previous time about this issue and still no response. Is it protocol to not cook any proteins after a certain time because that should be promoted or a sign should be placed up.
