Way to go Conway, AR Chipotle! A huge shoutout to Brian, who made my burrito bowl—he is a total rock star team member. I was undecided on which protein to get, but one in particular looked very appealing. Brian took the time to explain the ingredients and even gave me a sample to taste. The food was absolutely delicious, the portion size was ample, and experiencing Brian’s contagiously wonderful personality was an added bonus to a perfect visit. I will definitely be back!
Best Chipotle I think I have ever had! All team members were ready to help when I came in. Ashlynn did an amazing job prepping my burrito bowl. She let me taste their new chicken (Pollo Asado), and I loved it. She was super sweet, and the food was really good. I hope I get to come back soon.
Most of the time the customer service here is decent, but there are a few employees (one young man in particular) that really sour my experience & make my blood boil. chipotle is like a roulette- the quality of service you receive is random. Portions are random, taste is often off, and service is occasionally terrible. The young men on the team need training on proper customer service.
