Last month, I ordered extra cilantro salsa, and they forgot to include it in my takeout order. Today, I ordered a burro, and the rice is undercooked; there was a lot of rice and no much chicken. I think this place really needs some attention from the managers.

My favorite chipotle to go to! Its always clean when I come. The foods fresh and delicious. The General manager and her team are always hard at work, with great attitudes!

I’ve been going to this Chipotle since they first opened, but after my most recent visit, I’m seriously questioning why I continue to come back. I ordered a bowl and was given an extremely small amount of chicken. I asked for a little more because, as suggested in a video from Chipotle’s CEO, customers are encouraged to ask for additional food when they feel their portion is too small. I’ve ordered through the drive through twice now and the employees are very nice but the food has been bad both times. Chips are stale, rice and beans are unseasoned. Last time I ordered a quesadilla with beef and got chicken. Won’t go back to that location.
