We always have a great experience with AJ at this location. We normally come in with a big group that all get kids meals and he is always extremely patient and kind with us. His customer service skills are exceptional! We will definitely be back and appreciate him for making us yummy food! Thank you AJ!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle, mainly because of the store manager’s attitude and complete lack of customer service. He was serving me, and I ordered a cup of protein and asked for a side of sour cream. He told me that I would have to pay extra for the side. I politely explained that at other Chipotle locations, and even at this same location in the past, I have never been charged for a side of sour cream. His response was extremely rude and dismissive. I picked up my food through the drive-thru, where I ordered two items with extra portions/sauce. However, the store stacked the two items on top of each other inside a single paper bag. As a result, sauce/liquid leaked out, causing the bag to burst and completely staining my car seat. This store definitely needs to pay more attention to how they package their food.
