I am downgrading to 3 stars (down from 5). Not sure if it's a local management issue or a wider cultural change at the company, but for the past four orders my meat portions have been substantially reduced.
I ordered my food online and after receiving a notification that my order was ready, the employees told me to wait. They continued to take in person orders and did not start my order until all in person orders were complete even though I had ordered 20+ minutes ahead of time. The employees did not include salsa or vinaigrette when I had ordered it. All of the tables were dirty.
