Honestly the worst chipotle I have ever been too. i ordered online and the food was cold, old, and stale even though I arrived just as they set the food on the pick up rack. I asked for extra lettuce and rice and they thought it would be hilarious to add the tiniest amount of both. There was a bunch of teenagers working there and you can tell they just don’t care about anything but messing around. Just go to a different location if you’re looking for your moneys worth.
The Mexican lady she looks like she’s in her 30 or more she was being mad disrespectful and cussed me out get her to stop this is her third time.
Gladiis who’s the manager Saturday morning is a very rude person. Very bad customer service.

This is my go to store, but tonight I went in and everything was a mess, drinks spilled on the floor and not being cleaned up, food all over the food prep area, the floors were dirty, etc. Every surface in this store needed to be wiped down and cleaned. I left without ordering anything.
