The fact I can’t even get ahold of the actual location is absurd. I placed an order and noticed a mix up with in 30 seconds. Because the number for the local place is a California number.. I had to go through 10 prompts to even get sent to the store. By that time 15 min had passed and no one even picked up the phone. When I got to the location no one was in the parking lot and employees were sitting on their phones actively ignoring the currently ringing phone. Will never order chipotle again.

Good evening I visited Chipotle on Thursday 6/18, 26. Upon walking into the store, I was not greeted by a worker, neither the manager. The food station was so freaking nasty. Terrible presentation. The night shift young workers were rude as heck. The food was low in the pans, the chicken was dry. The beans were hard and taste uncooked, with a bunch of hot seasonings. The manager didn’t have a care in the world. I have spent several bucks on chipotle, but after tonight, I will not be going back to the location

As of 6/15 at 3pm PST, a young man has been passed out on the pavement outside this store in a heat wave for several hours. I was alerted by a good samaritan. After calling 911 for EMT and wellness check, called the shop warning them about an ambulance coming to help him and asked if I could pay them to bring him water. I understand it’s not their job to help in these situations but a glass of water is a simple humane thing to do for any suffering animal. the manager instead rudely interrupted, said it’s mot her job and hung... read more

They never fix any of their locations! This Longwood Florida location is the ABSOLUTE worst! Rude employees....the give the least amount of portions as possible and its never fresh!!!!

Corporate Customer Service After 2.5 hours, 4 separate calls, transferred too many times explaining my issue every time just to get a 25% off coupon applied that was for my very large order on Cinco de Mayo. I was finally transferred to the survey line and then disconnected. My staff of 45 employees plus two of our other businesses have all been notified of this horrible customer service from corporate.
