A joke of a company that should be run to the ground. Opened a support ticket 10 days ago. No response since. Have called in to ask about it for 6 times. Every single representative has hung up on me in the middle of talking and they pass it off as an accident.
Every Chipotle place I went to, the service are very poor. Employees are not friendly and they rush you. They don’t even say hi or hello or how are you to you. It’s like in n out.
It took me over 2.5 hours to figure out how to get ahold of a human, including calling the actual store. If you have a problem with you delivery (like say you receive a mashed bag of food mush), the store cannot help, which is frustrating for the employees and for customers. The Chipotle website is 100% useless. The chat bot is a complete waste of shareholder value. I have been an epically long time highly loyal patron.
