How do you let a restaurant like this run out of forks?? Mismanaged unfortunately.
All the trash cans were overflowing, 6 employees behind the counter and not one cleans the eating area.
They close at 11, but run out of all the main ingredients for your meal around 9. Don’t claim to be open until a certain time then consistently not have main ingredients like rice available after 9pm.
I will never go here again Hair in my food and when I called to address it I was transferred to customer care and spoke with someone not even in the US.
the manager is named david. he is the rudest most unprofessional manager i've ever seen in an establishment, yells at the customers, gives the employees so much attitude, rushes customers into placing their order. i had placed an online order and when i was reviewing it they made a slim mistake or two, i let david know and he didn't want to fix my order which should've because i paid.
