Sat down unwrapped my burrito took a bite and I look down and see a bug that's been split in half 🤢🤮 not sure if it's from my bite or when they used the spoon to scoop. I'd rather not think where the other half of that bug is. I know it's hard to control bugs in an open setting like that but the thing is it's not a fly kinda looked like a cochroach which is more concerning for me.

Food was decent, familiar flavors but steak was a bit tough. Also lobby was a bit messy and all three napkin dispensers were empty. Men's bathroom was moderately clean and the privacy separator for the single urinal was broken. Exit sign on the north entrance was crooked. Also the employee taking the order was a poor listener. I said "i'd like a steak burrito" and she said "ok, what kind of protein would you like?" Most of your workers here are never nice. They aren’t polite or helpful. They don’t smile. They make customers feel awkward and not welcome and you’re out of black beans for the day?! Get it together Chipotle!
