Disgusting place, dirty tables, garbage piled up everywhere. The woman taking our order had the worst attitude and got upset because we said we would wait for fresh rice as the tray was empty and she literally was scrapping what was left to give us. We ended up walking out because of the terrible, rude service. Will not be returning.
This review is mainly to thank the staff here. During a visit to nyc from VA, we left a cell phone at a table. When we realized that the phone was missing, I tried calling the places we’d been to. Chipotle was the only one to actually answer and it turns out one of the employees found the phone and brought it in their office. Nice fast food:)
I was charged for someone else’s food, when I told that that I would like to get refund for that. They happily agreed to do that. But I just realized that I was refunded not the full amount of paid food. I contacted chipotle thru the app and that was a HUGE JOKE!!! I will never go back to chipotle, they want me to go and loose my time just to get my money back, money that should never been taken at the first place.
