Marisol, or Marissa with the red glasses displayed a poor representation of customer service at this location. Between cussing, throwing my order receipt away 3 times instead of making it while I waited, bucking up at other employees, and blatantly making it known she was not enjoying being there made our experience less than 1 star. This is our go-to location and she has made it to where we do not feel comfortable returning. As Chipotle lovers, we are so disappointed!
I've been to pretty much all of the Chipotles between Waco, Temple, and Killeen, it really is my #1 choice when grabbing fast food. This was my first time to this one by Baylor, and unfortunately, it will certainly be my last. The honey chicken burrito (or whatever it's called) had several bites of inedible pieces of chicken, which is a bummer.
