Horrible service, they had me waiting for more than 15 minutes for an order to go, 4 workers in the front and not one of them started preparing the order, they just kept looking at me and telling me it was going to be ready in a minute when it was obvious that nobody was preparing anything and I was going to be waiting longer.

Not worth the money, went in and paid nearly $13 for a burrito, no drink no chips no extras. This burrito was small not worth anywhere near $13. Every bite was almost all tortilla. So many better options here in the valley to spend your hard earned money.

This place is mediocre. They do not care about your experience at all. My online order was missing items that made my meal incomplete and on top of that the guacamole on my salad bowl was completely brown like if it was sitting out for hours AND THEY HAD NO QUALMS ABOUT SERVING IT THAT WAY. Don’t waste your time or money with this place or at the very least double check your order before leaving because they won’t. If I had picked it up myself I would have had them remake everything.

I've been to a lot of Chipotle locations, and this is by far the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest one I've ever visited. The restaurant is always spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the service is consistently great. A special shoutout to the manager, Karen—she is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure every visit is a great experience. It's clear she takes pride in her team and the restaurant. This location sets the standard for what every Chipotle should be like. Highly recommend!
