I went through the drive-thru and was given someone else’s order. Less than a week later, I returned to the restaurant with photos of the incorrect food, the other customer’s order label, and screenshots of my conversation with the app’s customer service, which instructed me to visit the restaurant for assistance. Super polite and detail oriented! Crew did a great job on my late night order.
The employees were not friendly and welcoming. I ordered a veggie bowl with Guac but was charged chicken and the guac. The facility was also not clean and the food tasted stale. There was an after taste that wouldn’t go away. Chipotle must do better!
