Very disappointing experience at Chipotle. I tried to redeem chips using my earned rewards points, but the staff refused to honor it and insisted I spend an additional $5. The app clearly showed that I had earned points and that the item was eligible for redemption, yet I was told I was wrong. What made it worse was the attitude from the employees. This chipotle struggles . There is no sense of urgency and they struggle with simple direction. I live close by so I’ll stop by for a quick option for dinner sadly that is never the case I always leave frustrated. If there is more than 4 people in line good luck! They will struggle and it will easily turn into a 30mins stop. I think staff hasn’t registered this is a fast food restaurant.
This chipotle is horrendous, the line to get food was packed, the employees were very rude. Customer service never helped, I had a problem with an order I placed online, I went to the store to pick it up, and the restaurant didnt have the meat for the order and they DID NOT give me a full refund. They told me go to the chipotle contact form, and they DID NOT give me anything but just some stupid rewards points, NOT EVEN A FULL REFUND, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK, Chipotle's customer service is a total joke... read more
