when I asked for a water cup after buying a bowl thistle dude working the line said the machine didn't work and wouldn't give me one. I tried the machine and it worked so I asked again for a cup and he still wouldnt give it to me, and then turned to his coworker and said in Spanish that I was going to use it for soda.
Was not impressed. The food was okay nothing to write home about. What are the bowl with black beans too many black beans not enough chicken and not enough vegetables. Basically the bins that they serve them out of we're extremely low therefore they skimped and never refilled. And the parking is a nightmare.
Placed an order for pick up at this location. They said I never placed an order despite having an order confirmation and an email, they refused to acknowledge it. And then they said it has already been picked up and then they said there is nothing they can do. Really do not recommend this store. It's very mismanaged.
