I have been to more than 100 Chipotle locations, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. On Aug 21st evening, we visited this place. Our order included two kids’ quesadillas, which come with small chips. The lady who claimed to be the store manager rudely told me that they did not have small chips available. I then asked if, instead of the two small chips, I could get one large bag of chips, which was already available and displayed in front of me. Valerie Veloz was the General Manager at the register for my visit. I only needed a Chips and Guac. You could see she was stressed due to the fact that they had a decent little line ... nothing out the door.... and her line was held up on an overstuffed burrito. I asked her if her scanner was ready she said yes, I scanned. She then said it wouldn't take my points that there was a purchase limit of $5.00. I said, "okay, so just add the chips." Had a catering order for 15 people, this location said they never saw it until we arrived and then said there was nothing we could do because they did not have enough ingredients to complete the order. Edit: they were able to transfer the order to another store but rather than just being able to pick up our food, we had to pay for it a second time and were told we had to call corporate to get the first attempt refunded
