If I could give it zero stars I would. As someone who came here often as it is close to my job, they give you less and less rice and meat each time while the price silently goes up…Avoid this chipotle if you can
I received a birthday reward email from Chipotle that said I could select a free gift of a bag of chips, a drink or some guac. A button activates the reward and takes you to the app where you can click "redeem reward" or "use in restaurant." Nothing about minimum purchase on any of the steps. After waiting in line I was told I had to purchase an entree. I showed the screen to a manager and he couldn't find anything either, but his cash register said there was a required purchase. Disappointed with the customer service at this location. Even though there were still 20 minutes left before closing, the server was extremely angry and annoyed with us for ordering. Very unpleasant experience.
