Ordered for two people, store was not busy but first item was made incorrectly (no meat). Suggest using the Chipotle at Town Center instead. Will not return to this location.
I’m a regular at this location. Today I ordered the salad bowl with honey chicken. Once I got home, I discovered that with every bite, it felt like I was biting on something hard. The chicken was severely burnt. Unfortunately, I didn’t grab my receipt after I paid. An expensive meal completely wasted.

The staff were very polite/friendly and professional, so no complains there. I ordered a veggie bowl with brown rice. Unfortunately, the rice was not even half-cooked. It was almost raw which ruined the otherwise good dish. I am surprised how they are using such under-cooked rice. Shouldn't the cooking time be standardized across all locations?
