Stay away from this location specifically if you’re of color with tattoos!! I came here to pick up an order through the drive thru and was told they didn’t have it….whole time they did. I even went inside to make sure they gave me my food…I literally had to keep showing them my app and ask them over and over or else they would have kept acting like they didn’t have it. I love this chipotle! Today I got a bowl and it was sooo good. The worker that did my dad’s, brothers, and my bowl was so kind and hard working. She did a great job and was super quick. We were in there and out in about 5min. Love this chipotle and I wish I could give it 1000/5 stars
Poor customer service I ordered food online that was ready for pickup but due to door store management I waited in the drive thru for over 15 mins before receiving my order
