Sunday night, June 21st. The manager was extremely rude; she mistreats the staff and is disrespectful to customers. The place was dirty, and the hot and cold food station was filthy. We were just finishing our meal when she shouted at us to leave the dining area—literally shouting. A simple notice that they were closing would have been enough for us to leave, but she didn't even let us finish eating. they no longer fill the bowl..just barley half full...employee ssid they are told to skimp on the portions..and thats what they do........update june 16 at 1220 pm .i tried again and got even less 4 table spoons of rice...i ask employee he say thats what they told to do...high protein bowl is false advertising....and no need for owner to respond we all know what is going on..corporate profits..
Un-evan portions. The tacos are kinda a rip off, burrito or bowlnis the same price but for some reason they always skimp on the tacos. Plus made my stomach upset. Chips are made of cardboard. Made "daily", yea 3 daily ago.
The WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! Rude employees, rude manager, no solution or acknowledgement that they messed up. first and last time at this location. I saw them making my order weird so i requested a refund but they referred me to a 1800 number that they couldn’t even give me. So now I am out $30. I can’t wait to report them to corporate. Based on the reviews looks like the store is a huge problem. They need to reevaluate the staff because clearly it is not being managed correctly and they don’t wanna be there
