I’ve eaten at many Chipotle locations, and this was the first time I experienced service like this. The employee gave me a very small portion, and even after putting the chicken into my bowl, they actually picked several pieces back out. I have never seen an employee remove food from a customer’s bowl like that. The portion was extremely disappointing, and the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management improves the portion consistency and provides better customer service training.
