There was tiny bit of chicken and steak nothing prepared so i got what was left i said chicken little scoop of whats left so add steak to throws 3 pieces on there and and i say give me the 3 left charged me double for that then the cashier took years to check us out come here every Thursday this was the worst not the best experience
Used to be a weekly customer here, but will not be going again. So many issues… - decreased portion sizes - barely half scoops of meat - makes my pre-order bowls incorrectly (most recently they made my bowl without any of my requested toppings past beans and rice) Reached out to app support and was given a free drink reward to “compensate” for the issue. Would not recommend.
Done with Chipolte you cant get ahold of anyone in customer support and all their stupid app does is put you on hold cant even get a live agent
Dirty kitchen
