The place was a mess! Food everywhere, some of the food containers were basically empty, found an entire bay leaf in my bowl which was not very tasty to chew on accidentally, the queso was cold and nasty… Chipotle has gone down hill lately sadly.
Very disappointed! Went in at 9:45pm and it looked like they were ready to leave. They were out of a lot of items and when asked for something their response was “Nope all gone”. Very rude and they thought it was funny the way they were talking to people. Chipotle you need to set higher standards for your business!
Totally disgusting. The restaurant is guilty. Food is all over the floor, overfilled trash cans. We even seen a German roach run across one of the tables that had food on it. I don’t know how long the food was left on there. It was on there when we walked in, nobody was trying to get it. I still was trying to go through the line, but after I seen a roach, the German roach is acting. I left place is going downhill.
The rudest customer service experience by the young African American lady. She definitely needs to find another job where she does not deal with people. She acts like people are inconveniencing her and are bothering her when in line getting food. When I confronted her about her poor attitude she acted oblivious to what I was calling her out on. Also, this place is filthy, trash over flowing, sticky floors and table tops dirty.
