Always a wreck, no kindness and the food well it's a no for me.
I will call this location on Balwin rd in Auburn Hills. The Missing Food.. most of the containers were the food was stored was empty. Food was all over the place. Some of the server's had bad attitudes. I just walked out. They were very unprofessional.
I have never been more disappointed, I requested extra beans, something I get at every chipotle the crew member that was helping me informed me (after asking whom I assume to be the manager) if it was allowed I then asked to sample the new asada I was informed sample weren't allowed either.
I placed an online order through the app. I did arrive about 10 minutes early. I politely asked if it was ready. I was met a rude and sharp response to when it was supposed to be ready. It was uncalled for. And after all that they made my tacos very sloppy and didn't add the sour cream I asked for and barely any chicken.
