Warning to all military ID card holders: I purchased food today from here and requested the military discount as I deserved. The woman behind the counter requested to see my ID (which I provided); she then said I needed to hold it up to the camera above the register. This is illegal! I tried to explain that this was not allowed. She said it was store policy for everyone not in uniform. I again said it was illegal to take a picture of my military ID! Mind you i frequent this location often , i walk in 6 team members standing there on the front line nobody is in line in front of me , not 1 person spoke or acknowledged me not even the guy who prepared my food !!!! I told him a bowl then he prepared it literally scraping the pan for rice , i had to say do you have new rice , then he proceeds to walk to the drive- thru area to get more rice !!! I told the girl making my food that I hate when the area we're the food is being prepared isn't clean. Old food, smears, & a huge mess right were my food is being prepared...... She said she's on the register, even tho she was making my food...... when the serving area is messy everything will be messy. Very nice young lady, but she could have grabbed a towel & cleaned the area
This location has the worse service ever! Everyone behind the counter was rude. If you want good service, this is not the place to get it.
