Great food and service was fast, but the employees were playing loud and explicit music in the kitchen. It was hard to sit at the table with both the radio playing on the speakers and music blaring from the kitchen. Not to mention it being completely inappropriate music with little kids sitting in the restaurant. This was at 5pm on a Sunday, nobody working seemed to have any common sense
Gurnee used to be my favorite location but lately it hasn't been the best. The floors are always dirty and covered with garbage and the tables are always left dirty as well. I also ordered a steak bowl, my rice was way undercooked, I told them and they replaced my rice with even more undercooked rice..... this place has gone down hill...... will not return to this location.
Great food but the dining room was a mess at 730 pm.
