The person starting the bowl seems to be in some sort of record breaking spree, filling up bowls with no care to what the customer is asking. Teach them to pay attention to the customer instead of being like an automaton in a car assembly. She redid my bowl and still missed ingredients and somehow ended up with a bowl worthy of a minion. Disappointing experience.
This is easily the best Chipotle location in the area! Every single time I visit, the food is incredibly fresh, and the restaurant is noticeably cleaner and better maintained than other spots. Huge shoutout to the manager, Ana, and her entire team. They consistently deliver top-tier service and make the absolute best burritos around. I have been a frequent customer at this Chipotle location and have eaten there almost every day at times because I genuinely enjoy Chipotle. I’ve always considered this location to be nice, clean, and one of my preferred places to eat. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I had an extremely disturbing experience. The food is always delicious with good portions. Bathrooms are clean. Lobby and tables are always clean (including the ice machine!).
Sad day threw away 15$ off good tables are dirty I didn’t kept my receipt should had but definitely first time and last time I’ll Ever go to this chipotle there was not a single table that was clean . Food look like it been there for a while definitely will be sick after this meal 🤮🤮
