Let me say first that my family comes to this Chipotle fairly often but we normally do pick up orders. Today we dined in and I’m glad I did because now we know to never order here again. It was so gross. There was trash and food everywhere. There were no clean tables so I wiped one down myself with a Clorox wipe. And it’s not like it was too busy for a worker to clean. Customer service horrible food portion horrible. My stomach had been hurting since I ate here with back and forth trips to the toilet
I ate it from the Hesperia branch last time and I gave up eating because they gave few portions, I wanted to try it again after months, this time I went to apple valley, now it's worse and very bad! Because we can't get enough, the portions have decreased a lot, I won't prefer it anymore. Does this brand have a manager or CEO to take care of it? It can't be such a bad business, I came with my wife, I paid $35, we both got up from the table hungry, I hope we see that all your branches are closed.
I walked in right when they opened at 10:30 a.m., and there were about six employees working. Unfortunately, the place was already dirty, with food all over the floor. The chips were stale, which was especially disappointing considering they had just opened. Overall, the cleanliness and food quality were not what I expected. I will not be coming back to this location again.
