Ordered online sent me the wrong entree terrible experience
Please address the issue of flies inside your restaurant. It is out of control. They are all over the food.
My bowl I get every time I go there is always delicious and full of flavor, however today I got the same bowl I usually get and it had a huge piece of the avocado shell in it. I didn’t catch it at first because I always mix everything together so I bit it, and it was just not a great experience. I really love chipotle and I’m sure this was just a rushed mistake as this is the first time it’s happened to me. Everything else was great, atmosphere was and is always very clean!
I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The customer in front of me asked for cheese and was told they were out. When it was my turn, I asked for cheese too, and got the same answer. But I could clearly see employees preparing mobile orders with cheese. And after I questioned it, an employee even opened a container right in front of me, full of cheese, and said it was being saved for the next shift. That’s ridiculous.
