I had a big order but online service didnt work. The website says they dont take orders over the ph so when u call the ordering process is automated and frustrating all to be told "something went wrong please try again later" so upon going in persob, they were almost out of food even tho they still had over an hr till closing. Lady serving seemed put out that she was serving our food it almost made me want to apologize for bothering her. Not a good experience food was decent
Had an issue with an Uber eats driver delivering the wrong order but I had ordered for me and my sister. We received the completely wrong order. Tried to call to chipotle to help us bc Uber wouldnt help us. But no one answers the phone! They let it ring and ring until someone picked up the phone and hung it up.
I honestly love this chipotle! Everyone always complaints about bad customer service but I always have the best service even when it’s rush hour! I also try and be kind so I think that helps. People want to be rude and expect service providers to be nice to them! Anyways my burrito was $18 because I got double meat. This burrito can be two meals. I know I want to eat the whole thing but half fills me up so technically that’s two meals for $18! I also get all my sauces on the side so I have tons after that I can eat with chip... read more
