This Chipotle location is not what it once was like 3-5 years ago. The quality of food is not what it used be + the nickel and dime on little things like asking for a spoonful of guacamole on a taco. They charge full price! Prices are getting outrageous. Hopefully if anything the quality of their food gets better- less fat on their chicken so we don’t chew that and spit it out. It’s tough..
This location has been my go-to chipotle and I’ve never seen them this bad. They took FOREVER to get my online order. Supposed to be ready at 6:30 and I didn’t get it till 7:15. They weren’t busy at all so they must have been understaffed. Also, why do they do big regular quesadillas only online at only this location? Every other chipotle I’ve been to can do quesadillas in store, and it’s very inconvenient. I mean, if you can do a burrito in store, then why can’t you do a quesadilla? It’s the same tortilla?! Our food was made quickly but was cold half of my burrito was just rice and beans then a little bit of meat at the end with bones .My sister got a bowl hers also had mysterious hard pieces .The employee said it was too late for me to add something in my bowl after she closed one corner .Please if your going to give me small proportions fine just spread it out properly.
