Food is standard Chipotle, but service is abyssmal and eating space not clean. Overcharged me for the wrong orders and manager called me names for pointing it out. Eventually refunded me in cash (and still shorted me that refund).
Neither the employees nor the manager were familiar with the policy for celiac disease. My cousin often relies on chipotle as a safe food while traveling and couldn't eat there when she needed it most. They did not deliver. I am dissapointed in this establishment. Please teach your employees to welcome ALL customers- not just the ones that are easy to accomidate.
DO NOT GO IF YOURE CELIAC!! They were unable to help my cousin who’s allergic to gluten even though every other chipotle we’ve been to has a protocol.
Hmm probably the dirtiest chipotle I've been to, and they didn't have the compost bins or recycle bin for my beer bottle available. Food scraps on the tables and floor weird... But they had really cool groovy music playing which made it nicer..food was good though. If I were the manager I would make sure it's more clean and I would add some house plants inside make more appealing.. props on the indie music..good burrito and beer! 3 stars lads...
