This is usually my family’s go to Chipotle because the food is fresh, the portions are great but there was only one off putting thing that happened recently. The lady that works there in the pic sat next to us to eat with her family at a seat some girls had reserved with a bag of merchandise from a recent purchase at the Fountains. Samantha, the “manager” at this location took my order. She seemed to understand what I was asking her for but after I paid I realized one of the kids meals was wrong. I went back to her to ask her if she can make it right because clearly there was a misunderstanding. She came over to our table and said that I ordered wrong. She made me pay for another kids meal instead of just fixing it and moving on.
