We always love this location especially compared to the mall location which is an absolute mess. Always had friendly service, good portions, they've not been out of anything, its clean! Love this one!
Was asked to pay twice for my sister ordering before me who's payment didn't go through apparently. We weren't going or eating there together it was just coincidental, and no one should be expected and forced to pay for another person's food. What makes it all even worse was her order DID go through for 14.89 when we checked the account.
I love Chipotle but this certain one on 9 mile needs improvement. The overall cleanliness of this place is sub par. You can tell it is right by the college by the amount of effort they put into cleaning. The FOH looks fine but on the other side of that glasslooks like a bomb of beans went off. I mean come on folks, it is not hard to wipe your station down with a clean in between customers. The amount of cross contamination that is likely happening here is no good.
This Chipotle is "like a box of chocolates" because you truly never know what you're gonna get anymore. While others have issues with the service, our main issue is the complete lack of consistency with the food. We used to be regular customers and always order the exact same chicken burrito bowls with the exact same ingredients. Lately, eating here has become a game of culinary roulette.
