The seating area, especially the floors have always been dirty when I go. Visible trash on the floor. They were super busy, and the whole crew looked annoyed. No acknowledgment, no nothing, just "what are you having" Cashier didn’t even male eye contact. She gave me the wrong bowl and when I went back the only person that acknowledged me was a female employee who wasn't there when I initially went thru. I guess $13 gets you half a bowl with more guac than chicken. Plus lady at register had attitude for whatever reason. Not gonna bother coming back to this location again
Employees always look so upset to see a line of customers, always try to rush through and end up barely filling a bowl and not listening to the order. When charged for the wrong items and confronted they instantly start throwing attitude. They always are out of any of the protien options and just look at you like deer in headlights when you try to order them. Even the supervisor always has attitude.
