Where to begin? An hour and a half before close and it looks like I walked in after they locked the doors. The floor is being mopped, the chairs are up, the grill is completely broken down and the hood is being deep cleaned. I get up to order my food and there's no white rice with none on the way and only two proteins left *an hour and a half before close*. Why would you leave one person to work the grill and run the line. It's Sunday at 5pm, busy as can be. Send all the help. Help your employees 1st. These guys need some help. Edit: 10/6/26 I will never understand why chipotle leaves one person to run the food line. Yes, I understand that the other employees are in the back prepping,cooking and preparing to-go orders. None of this excuses the fact that you left one employee on the line. The employee and the customer suffers. SEND ALL OF THE HELP

Gave this place 1 more try but yet again they failed with stale chips and a hot drink! How you charge that much for a bottled coke but serve it hot EVERY time! Put them in the fridge it’s common sense!
If you have a special needs child, don’t go here. I try my hardest to avoid this location but with my son being autistic sometimes driving to Escondido or Vista isn’t really the best option so I decided to give this one another try which was a terrible mistake. I have complained about this location before and the manager makes it known that I am not welcomed there.
