Haven’t been to this place in a few months, and normally this place is fine, but I just ate maybe the worst bowl. So terrible I don’t think I’ll come back here again, or to even another chipotle for a while. There were several bone pieces in my chicken, almost full fat cuts, and it’s not even like the actual pieces were good. There was minimal salt/seasoning on the rice and chicken. Just ended up throwing it out and making me lose all my hunger.
Walk in at 9:30pm and all the chairs up on top of the table, the crew members tell me "sorry the dining room is closed." Your business hours state 10:45am-11:00pm daily. I guess going home early is more important than serving customers. I'm going to stop spending my money here.
Ariqah & Karleigh the customer service was absolutely amazing had a nice chat and a smile me and my friends will be returning for their service
